Healing (on the job)
So I was helping some folks at Staples (my new job) the other day. They were a nice foriegn family visiting the states from somewhere. People from all over often visit Staples after they get off the boats around Jantzen Beach.
One of the men in the group, amidst asking about cameras and whatnot, was also speaking in broken english about his elbow and how it was aching because he had been playing golf. I asked discretely if I could pray for him and he agreed.
I laid both my hands on his elbow and arm and asked Jesus to heal him and take away all the pain. Guess what, He did! Jesus was faithful again.
In the midst of life not going smooth, starting a challenging and scary new job, and whatever other trials, Jesus is still faithful and good all the time. He wants to answer us. “If God is for us who can be against us?” and “Everything works for good, for those who love God and have been called acording to his purpose”
Jesus, keep close to me.
